BEER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing beer on Collective Arts online store. By using this service, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this service. Collective Arts Brewing Ltd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. You should always review the terms and conditions prior to using the service.
All recipients of a beer delivery must be of legal drinking age (19 years of age or older), must be a resident of ONTARIO and must provide photo identification upon delivery.
Legally acceptable identification can be any of the following:
•Ontario Driver’s License
•Ontario Photo ID Card
•Canadian Citizenship Card
•Canadian Armed Forces Card
•Bring Your Identification (BYID) Card issued by the LCBO
•Secure Indian Status Card
•Permanent Resident Card
To be legally acceptable, all identification must be current and valid.
All beer deliveries will be delivered through Canada Post. Canada Post reserve the right to refuse beer delivery for any reason including insufficient proof of age, intoxication or suspicion of purchasing beer for minors.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Collective Arts is on their A-game. They ship out orders quickly, usually the next day but mostly it’s more often than that. You, the customer [and awesome friend], will receive an email with a shipping confirmation to let you know we were on our shit. This email will contain tracking information so you can watch your package leave our facility, travel down roads, and arrive safely at your house.
Please note, we only ship to Canada at this time. To everyone outside Canada, we do love you and will ship to you in the near future.
Also, please don’t expect weekend deliveries. No one should ever be working on weekends. Weekends are meant for beer drinking.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Sorry, we had to say that.

RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
Did we make a mistake? Did YOU make a mistake? It’s OK! We won’t ask questions. Let us know and we will make it right. We want to make you happy. We accept returns of defective, ill-fitting, or unused merchandise if sent within 30 days of delivery confirmation provided it has not been used, worn, or washed and it is in its original packaging.
We will either replace the merch or refund the customers purchasing credit card.
